Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini yang berjudul “Analisis Kriminologi Terhadap Kasus Teror Sperma Di Masyarakat”. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui memahami dan mengkaji apa yang menjadi dasar sebab akibat terjadinya kasus kejahatan seksual teror sperma di masyarakat. Metode penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah normatif Artinya, penelitian ini didasarkan pada analisis bahan-bahan hukum dari literatur dan merupakan suatu metode untuk menemukan aturan hukum, prinsip-prinsip hukum, dan doktrin-doktrin hukum. Sumber bahan hukum yang dimanfaatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahan hukum sekunder yang diperoleh melalui pengkajian kepustakaan {library researchII}. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa banyak faktor yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya masalah tersebut. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya regulasi hukum untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pandangan hukum pidana dan kajian kriminologi terhadap kejahatan seksual teror sperma serta mengetahui faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya kejahatan seksual teror sperma serta mengetahui cara untuk menanggulangi dan mencegah terjadinya kejahatan seksual teror sperma yang terjadi di lingkungan masyarakat Kata Kunci : Teori Kriminologi, Pencegahan dan penanggulang kejahatan seksual ABSTARCT The research entitled “Criminology Analisyssis Of Sperm Terror Cases In Society” aims to find out, understand and examine what is the basic cause and effect of sperm terror sexual crime cases in society. The research method used is normative, meaning that this research is based on the analysis of legal materials from the literature and is a method for discovering legal rules, legal principels and legal doctrines. The source of legal materials used in this research is secondary legal materials obtained through literature review. The results of this research show many factors cause the problem. Therefore, there is a need for legal regulations to overcome this problem. The aim of this research is to understand views of criminal law and criminological studies on sperm terror sexual crimes and to find ot the factors that cause sperm terror sexual crimes to occur and find out ways to overcome and prevent sperm terror sexual crimes occurring in the community.
