Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis “PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DIVISI PRODUKSI PT SURINDO TEGUH GEMILANG II GRESIK, serta untuk mengetahui variabel manakah yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Surindo Teguh Gemilang II Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan populasinya adalah seluruh karyawan divisi produksi 85 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling yaitu proportionate stratified random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin karena teknik sampel ini memberikan peluang yang sama bagi setiap unsur (anggota) populasi untuk dipilih menjadi anggota sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai signifikansi kepemimpinan sebesar 0,000, motivasi sebesar 0,000 dan lingkungan kerja fisik sebesar 0,007. Dari ke-tiga variabel tersebut yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah Motivasi. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze "THE EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP, MOTIVATION AND PHYSICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES IN PRODUCTION DIVISION OF PT SURINDO TEGUH GEMILANG II GRESIK, and to find out which variables have the most dominant influence on employee performance at PT. Surindo Teguh Gemilang II Gresik. This study uses a quantitative approach and the population is all 85 production division employees. The sampling technique used is probability sampling which is proportionate stratified random sampling by using the Slovin formula because this sample technique provides equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be selected as a member of the sample. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The results showed that the variables of leadership, motivation and physical work environment had a significant effect on employee performance, with a value of leadership significance of 0,000, a motivation of 0,000 and a physical work environment of 0.007.
