Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perhitungan harga pokok produksi properti pada PT. Menteng Mandiri Sejahtera. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dimana data perusahaan yang terkumpul nantinya akan disusun, diolah, kemudian dianalisis dan dibandingkan dengan teori-teori yang sudah ada pada PT. Menteng Mandiri Sejahtera. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat selisih antara perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang dihitung oleh perusahaan dan perhitungan harga pokok produksi dengan menggunakan metode full costing, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa perhitungan harga pokok produksi dengan menggunakan metode full costing lebih tinggi daripada perhitungan harga pokok produksi menurut perusahaan. Kata kunci: Harga Pokok Produksi ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the calculation of cost of goods production properties in PT. Menteng Mandiri Sejahtera. Research methods used in this research is descriptive analysis techniques where data the company collected will be compiled, processed, and then analyzed and compared to the theories already on the PT. Menteng Mandiri Sejahtera. The results of the research there is a difference between the calculation of cost of goods the production of which is computed by the company and the calculation of cost of goods production by using the method of full costing, so it can be concluded that the calculation of cost of goods production by using the full costing method is higher than the calculation of cost of goods production according to the company.
