Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa Akuntansi Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya Menghadapi Dunia Kerja Dalam Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penarikan sampel secara tidak acak (non probability sampling) dengan prosedur purposve sampling. Pada hasil penelitian menggunakan metode yang telah ditentukan didapatkan nilai sebagai berikut, sig (2-tailed) ethical competency menunjukkan angka 0,159. Knowledge competency menunjukkan nilai sig. sebesar 0,256. Analysis competency menunjukkan nilai sig. sebesar 0,442. Maka, dapat dimaksudkan bahwa ethical competency, knowledge competency, dan analysis competency tidak berpengaruh langsung pada kesiapan kerja. Hal ini dikarenakan nilai sig. > 0,05. Capacility competency menunjukkan nilai sig. sebesar 0,004. Respect about human right and value menunjukkan nilai sig. sebesar 0,000. Angka tersebut < 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa capability competency dan respect about human right and value berpengaruh langsung terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa akuntansi Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya. Kata Kunci : Kesiapan Kerja, Profesi Akuntan, Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the Factors Affecting Work Readiness of Accounting Students at Wijaya Kusuma University Surabaya to Face the World of Work in the ASEAN Economic Community. In this study using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling procedure. In the results of the study using a predetermined method obtained values as follows, sig (2-tailed) ethical competency shows the number 0.159. Knowledge competency shows sig values. amounting to 0.256. Analysis competency shows sig values. amounting to 0.442. Thus, it can be meant that ethical competency, knowledge competency, and analysis competency do not have a direct effect on work readiness. This is because the sig value. > 0.05. The figure is <0.05 which shows that capability competency and respect about human rights and values directly influence the work readiness of accounting students of Wijaya Kusuma University Surabaya.
