Abstract

ABSTRACT (11 pt Bold) This thesis is entitled "Utilization of foreign national health workers (TKW-NA) in Indonesia in view of Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health." The formulation of the problem in this research is: (1) What are the legal regulations regarding foreign health workers who practice in Indonesia? (2) What are the legal consequences of foreign health workers who provide health services without a practice permit? To write this thesis, a normative juridical legal research method was used using a conceptual approach, a statutory approach, literature related to the utilization of foreign national health workers, standard methods and rules, research reports, articles related to Health law. From the legal research that has been carried out, it shows that the legal policy regarding the licensing of Foreign National Health Workers (TKWNA) who carry out practice permits in Indonesia aims to provide legal certainty to foreign national health workers as well as to anticipate and protect Indonesian health workers. Compensation and sanctions must be taken into account by foreign health workers who are licensed to practice. Action efforts against TKWNA by the Ministry of Health and Professional Organizations include coaching and meditation by professional organizations, internal coaching by the health service Keywords: Utilization, Policies, Foreign National Health Workers, Practice Permits
