Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil kinerja perusahaan menggunakan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard,yang diukur dengan keempat perspektif. Balanced Scorecard merupakan sistem pengukuran kinerja perusahaan yang menilai kinerja dari seluruh komponen, sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu manajemen dalam menentukan langkah strategis sesuai dengan visi, misi, nilai serta budaya perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 683 pelanggan dan 61 karyawan tetap PT. Medikon Prima Laboratories. Metode pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, kuisioner dan studi pustaka. Pengolahan data penelitian menggunakan software SPSS versi 21.0 dan pengujian instrumen penelitian menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis secara keseluruhan dari keempat perspektif dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja PT. Medikon Prima Laboratories cukup baik dan memberikan nilai tambah dalam pencapaian target bagi perusahaan. Kata kunci: Pengukuran Kinerja, Balanced Scorecard ABSTRACT The purpose of the research was to find out how the company's performance results using the Balanced Scorecard approach, as measured by the fourth perspective. The Balanced Scorecard is a performance measurement system for companies that assess the performance of all components, so hopefully can assist management in determining the strategic step in accordance with the vision, mission, values and company culture. The population in the study was 683 subscribers and 61 permanent employees of PT Medikon Prima Laboratories. Method of data collection is the interview, questionnaire and the study of the literature. Processing of research data using the software SPSS version 21.0 research instruments and testing using the test validity and reliability tests. Based on the results of research and analysis as a whole from the four perspectives can be concluded that the performance of PT Medikon Prima Laboratories quite well and add value in the achievement of the targets for the company.
