Abstract
ABSTRAKSI Penelitian ini meneliti “PENGARUH ATMOSFER TOKO DAN PROMOSI PENJUALAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN TOKO SUSAN BABY SHOP SURABAYA”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh atmosfer toko dan promosi penjualan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada toko Susan Baby Shop Surabaya. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan toko Susan Baby Shop cabang Manukan Tengah. Dalam penelitian ini penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode non probability sampling dengan prosedur yaitu purposive sampling. Kriteria sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsumen yang berbelanja minimal 3 kali di toko Susan Baby Shop Surabaya sebanyak 100 responden, teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda, dengan persamaan sebagai berikut: Y = 0.495+ 0.111 X1 + 0.883 X2 Hasil penelittian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Atmosfer toko berpengaruh terhadap positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan ditunjukkan dari hasil uji t dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar t_hitung>t_tabel 6.305 > 1.985 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. 2) Promosi penjualan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan ditunjukkan dari hasil uji t dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar t_hitung>t_tabel 19.028> 1.985 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa atmoser toko dan promosi penjualan memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Pada uji dominan variabel promosi penjualan memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yaitu sebesar 0.764. Maka promosi penjualan bagi Susan Baby Shop sangat penting untuk dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan agar konsumen tetap loyal. Kata kunci : Atmosfer Toko, Promosi Penjualan , Loyalitas Pelanggan ABSTRACTION This study examines the "EFFECT OF STORE ATMOSPHERE AND SALES PROMOTION OF CUSTOMER LOYALTY SUSAN BABY SHOP SURABAYA ". The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of store atmosphere and sales promotion on customer loyalty at Susan Baby Shop shop Surabaya. The population of this research is Susan Baby Shop customer of Manukan Tengah branch. In this research the determination of the sample is done by non probability sampling method with the procedure that is purposive sampling. Sample criterion in this research is consumer who shop at least 3 times in store Susan Baby Shop Surabaya counted 100 respondents, the analysis technique used is doubled linear regression, with equation as follows: Y = 0.495+ 0.111 X1 + 0.883 X2 The results of this study indicate that: 1) The store atmosphere affects the positive and significant to customer loyalty is shown from the results of t test with regression coefficient value of t_hitung> t_table 6.305> 1.985 with significant value 0,000 <0.05. 2) Promotion of sales have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty shown from the results of t test with regression coefficient value of t_hitung> t_table 19.028> 1.985 with significant value 0,000 <0.05. Based on the results of research that the store atmosphere and sales promotion has an influence on customer loyalty. In the dominant test sales promotion variables have the most dominant influence on customer loyalty that is equal to 0.764.
