Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh intellectual capital terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan financial distress melalui variabel mediasi pada perusahaan penerbangan yang terdaftar di BEI. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan dua perusahaan penerbangan yaitu laporan keuangan triwulanan selama tiga tahun pada periode 2019-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan uji hipotesis yaitu uji sobel dengan bantuan SPSS V.20. Model 1) menguji pengaruh VAIC™ terhadap S-score dan model 2) menguji pengaruh VAIC™ dan S-score terhadap PBV. Hasil uji-t pada model 1) menyatakan bahwa intellectual capital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress. Pada model 2) intellectual capital tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan model 3) financial distress tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Financial distress tidak memediasi pengaruh intellectual capital terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: Financial distress, Intellectual capital dan Nilai Perusahaan
