Abstract

Preeclampsia is a disease that involves multisystem in pregnancy which is characterized by an increase in blood pressure and proteinuria. This study is to see the effectiveness of moringa oleifera powder to prevent trophoblast cell damage in preeclamptic pregnant rats with diabetes mellitus. 30 rats were tested for sugar levels on the 4th day after being induced by alloxan for 18 days to know whether the rats had already been in a hyperglycemic state.
