Abstract

EFEKTIVITAS EKSTRAK SELEDRI (Apium graveolans L.) TERHADAP PENINGKATAN JUMLAH RBC DAN TROMBOSIT TIKUS PUTIH (Sprague-Dawley) YANG DIINFEKSI Methicillin Resisten Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA) Puja Audri Okta Vianis Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas ekstrak Seledri (Apium graveolans L.) terhadap profil RBC dan Trombosit Tikus Putih (Spargue-Dawley) yang diinfeksi Methicillin Resisten Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) yang diberi ekstrak Seledri (Apium graveolans L.). Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimental dengan menggunakan 24 ekor tikus putih (Spargue-Dawley) dengan 4 perlakuan yaitu P0 (kontrol negatif), P1 (kontol positif ), P2 (1mg/ml/kg BB ekstrak seledri) dan P3 (2mg/ml/kg/BB ekstrak seledri). Tikus putih di aklimatisasi selama 7 hari. Pada hari ke 8 tikus diinduksi dengan Methicillin Resisten Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) yang diberikan secara intaperitonial (1 mL, 1 x 106 cfu/mL). Selama 7 hari tikus diberikan ekstrak seledri secara oral satu kali sehari dengan dosis (P2) 0,3ml per ekor dan (P3) 0,6ml per ekor). Hasil menunjukkan adanya efektivitas dari ekstrak Seledri (Apium graveolans L terhadap profil RBC dan Trombosit Tikus Putih (Spargue-Dawley). Konsentrasi maksiml pada Eritrosit yaitu kelompok yang perlakuan dengan konsentrasi ekstrak Seledri (Apium graveolans L) (P3) yaitu tikus diinfeksi MRSA dan diberi ekstrak seledri 2mg/ml/ Kg/BB yaitu berjumlah 5.44. Konsentrasi optimum pada trombosit yaitu kelompok perlakuan dengan konsentrasi (P2) tikus diinfeksi MRSA dan diberi ekstrak seledri 1mg/ml/Kg BB yaitu berjumlah 4.27.
