Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk analisis hubungan kristaluria ditinjau dari pH urin dan berat jenis pada kasus FLUTD di klinik hewan Surabaya Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian observasi laboratorik dengan metode non probability sampling. Hasil penelitian pada sampel 30 ekor kucing yang terdiagnosa FLUTD bahwa analisis pH dan berat jenis, terhadap pembentukan kristaluria tidak terdapat hubungan pada urin kucing, analisis hubungan antara pH dan jenis kristal, pada urin kucing terdapat hubungan terbentuknya kristaluria, analisis hubungan pH dan warna urin, tidak ada hubungan terhadap terbentuknya kristaluria pada urin kucing, analisis hubungan pH dan kekeruhan, tidak ada hubungan terhadap terbentuknya kristaluria pada urin kucing, analisis hubungan berat jenis dan jenis kristal, terdapat hubungan terbentuknya kristaluria pada urin kucing, analisis hubungan berat jenis dan warna urin, tidak ada hubungan terhadap terbentuknya kristaluria pada urin kucing, analisis hubungan pH dan kekeruhan,tidak ada hubungan terhadap terbentuknya kristaluria pada urin kucing. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pH dan berat jenis terhadap terbentuknya kristaluria. Kata kuci : Kristaluria, pH, Berat Jenis, FLUTD ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the relationship of crystalluria in terms of urine pH and specific gravity in FLUTD cases at the West Surabaya veterinary clinic. This study uses a type of laboratory observation research with non-probability sampling method. The results of the study on a sample of 30 cats diagnosed with FLUTD that the analysis of pH and specific gravity, on the formation of crystalluria there was no relationship in cat urine, analysis of the relationship between pH and type of crystal, in cat urine there was a relationship between the formation of crystalluria, analysis of the relationship between pH and urine color, there is no relationship to the formation of crystalluria in cat urine, analysis of the relationship between pH and turbidity, no relationship to the formation of crystalluria in cat urine, analysis of the relationship between specific gravity and type of crystals, there is a relationship between the formation of crystalluria in cat urine, analysis of the relationship between specific gravity and urine color, there is no relationship to the formation of crystalluria in cat urine, analysis of the relationship between pH and turbidity, there is no relationship to the formation of crystalluria in cat urine. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between pH and specific gravity on the formation of crystalluria.
