Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Keabsahan Perjanjian Dalam Kontrak Kerja Model Peraga Busana“. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan yang pertama yaitu untuk menganalisa bentuk syarat sah dan elemen perjanjian dalam kontrak kerja model peraga busana, serta tujuan yang kedua yaitu untuk menganalisa akibat hukum yang terjadi apabila elemen dari kontrak kerja model peraga busana tersebut tidak memenuhi syarat sahnya perjanjian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode normatif, metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian yaitu terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan serta literatur yang berkaitan dengan materi pembahasan penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dalam pembuatan kontrak kerja model peraga busana harus memenuhi syarat sahnya perjanjian. Jika, kontrak kerja model peraga tersebut tidak memenuhi syarat sahnya perjanjian yang subyektif yaitu tidak diketahui bentuk kecakapan hukum yangmana elemen usia dari para pihaknya tidak tertulis sehingga dapat menimbulkan akibat hukum yaitu perjanjian dapat dibatalkan. Kata Kunci: Kontrak Kerja, Syarat Sahnya Perjanjian. ABSTRACT This research is entitled "The validity of the Fashion Show Model Work Contract Agreement" This research has the first to analyze the form legal requirements and elements of the agreement in the fashion show model work contract, and the second to analyze the legal consequences that occur if the elements of the fashion show model work contract do not meet the legal requirements of the agreement. The method used in this research is the normative method, a method that conducts research on laws and regulations as well as literature related to the subject matter of this research. Based on the results of this study, In making a work contract, a fashion show model must meet the legal requirements of the agreement. If, he work contract of the fashion show model does not meet the requirements for the validity of a subjective agreement, namely the unknown form of legal competence in which the age elements of the parties is not written so that it can lead to legal consequences, namely the agreement can be canceled.
