Abstract

Inventory is an important component in a company produced to produce goods and then sold for the survival of the company. So it can be concluded that almost every inventory is a fairly large property of the company in comparison with other current assets. The main problem in inventory accounting is that inventory valuation at PT ATLANTIC INTRACO conforms to the financial accounting standard of PSAK No. 14. It is expected that the company's management records the purchase cost and other expenses in accordance with the prevailing financial accounting standards.
