Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kajian kualitas susu kambing peranakan etawa dengan penambahan madu terhadap total bakteri dan derajat keasaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan 4 kelompok perlakuan (P0, P1, P2 dan P3) dengan 6 kali ulangan. Perhitungan derajat keasaman (pH) menggunakan metode pH meter obligat sedangkan perhitungan total koloni bakteri menggunkan metode Total Plate Count (TPC). Hasil analisis menggunakan metode ANOVA, pada uji pH menunjukkan hasil P = 0,059 sehingga memiliki hasil tidak berbeda nyata antar setiap perlakuan karena nilai P > 0,05. Pada uji total koloni bakteri menggunakan metode ANOVA yang dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan menunjukkan bahwa nilai P = 0,025 dimana P < 0,05 sehingga menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda nyata. This study used 4 treatment groups (P0, P1, P2 and P3) with 6 replications. Calculation of acidity (pH) using obligate pH meter method while total calculation of bacterial colonies using the Total Plate Count (TPC) method. The results of the analysis using the ANOVA method, the pH test showed the results of P = 0.059 so that the results were not significantly different between each treatment because the value of P> 0.05. In the total test of bacterial colonies using the ANOVA method followed by the Duncan test showed that the P value = 0.025 where P <0.05 so that the results were significantly different.
