Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial dan komitmen organisasi pada CV. Almenta Gresik.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalahuntuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial dan pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap komitmen organisasi.Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode pembagian sejumlah kuisioner pada karyawan CV. Almenta Gresik. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purpossive sampling.Untuk menentukan hipotesis digunakan uji t dengan program SPSS 17 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel dependen Kinerja Manajerial dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Partisipasi Anggaran. Kata kunci: Partisipasi anggaran, Kinerja Manajerial, Komitmen Organisasi ABSTRAK This study aims to analyze the effect of budget participation on managerial performance and organizational commitment on the CV. Almenta Gresik. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of budgetary participation on managerial performance and the effect of budgetary participation on organizational commitment. This research was conducted using a method of distributing a number of questionnaires to employees of CV. Almenta Gresik. Determination of the sample is done by purposive sampling method. To determine the hypothesis used the t test using the SPSS 17 for windows program. The results showed that the dependent variable Managerial Performance and Organizational Commitment had a positive effect on Budget Participation.
