Abstract

The purpose for this research is to test and analyze the effect of return of equity, debt to equity ratio, current ratio, and company size toward company value. Data acquired from Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) and annual report of Consumption Goods Industries from 2014 to 2016. There are 24 companies sample chosen from total 40 companies. Data tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research states that there are simultaneous significant effects from return on equity, debt to equity ratio, current ratio, and company size towards company values. Whereas partially return on equity and debt to equity ratio have significant effect toward company sizes, while there are no significant effect from company size and current ratio toward company value.
