Abstract

ABSTRAK TujuandaripenelitianiniadalahmengetahuipengaruhMotivasiKerja, dan DisiplinKerjaterhadapKinerjaKaryawan pada PT Prudential Agency MRT Stars Surabaya. Populasidalampenelitianadalahkaryawan PT Prudential Agency MRT Stars Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dilakukanmelaluipenyebarankuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada karyawan PT Prudential Agency MRT Stars Surabaya. Sampel yang digunakansebanyak 30 responden. Analisis data yang digunakanadalahanalisregresi linier bergandadengansoftware SPSS . Hasil PenelitianinimenunjukkanbahwaMotivasiKerja dan DisiplinKerjaberpengaruhsignifikansecarabersama-samaterhadapKinerjaKaryawan. Kata Kunci :MotivasiKerja, DisiplinKerja dan KinerjaKaryawan ===================================================== ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Prudential Agency MRT Stars Surabaya. The population in the study were employees of PT Prudential Agency MRT Stars Surabaya. The data was collected through questionnaires distributed to PT Prudential Agency MRT Stars Surabaya employees. The sample that were used are 30 respondents. Data analysis method that were used is multiple linear regression analyst with SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that Work Motivation and Work Discipline have a significant influence together on Employee Performance.
