Abstract

ABSTRACT The reseach, entitled Potential Law Abuse Drone Effects in Indonesia, is the first objective to know and analyze the characteristics of Drone usage arrangement based on law in Indonesia. Secondly, to know and analyze the dispute resolution mechanism for acts that harm the legal subject resulting from Drone use in Indonesia. The research method used in this thesis uses the normative, which means that this research examines the side of the legislation itself, rather than examining the social phenomena caused by existing legislation. Approach method used in this research is approach of legislation. Based on the results of research can be concluded first Characteristics of the use of pesawat Drones based on law in Indonesia is based on Ministerial Regulation No. 47 of 2016 on the control of the operation of unmanned aircraft system in air space served Indonesia Which regulates the flight permit, flight procedures, sanctions and limit - the boundaries of the pesawat udara tanpa awak operation and the flight plan. Settlement of disputes over acts that harm the legal subject resulting from the use of pesawat udara tanpa awaks in Indonesia through the courts, arbitration and alternative dispute settlements and materially through the applicable law according to the object of law that occurs.
