Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui efek kuratif ekstrak biji anggur (Vitis vinifera varietas Prabu Bestari) terhadap gambaran histopatologi ginjal tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) pasca ligasi saluran empedu. Penelitian ini menggunakan 18 ekor tikus putih jantan yang dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok, yaitu kontrol negatif (K−), kontrol positif (K+), dan kelompok perlakuan (P1). Kelompok K+ dan P1 dilakukan laparotomi dan ligasi saluran empedu, sedangkan kelompok P1 diberikan ekstrak biji anggur dengan dosis 400 mg/kgBB secara oral. Pemeriksaan histopatologi ginjal dilakukan dengan mengamati infiltrasi sel radang, nekrosis, dan degenerasi. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji Kruskal-Wallis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa infiltrasi sel radang pada kelompok K−, K+, dan P1 tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang nyata dengan nilai p=0,072. Pada parameter nekrosis dan degenerasi diperoleh perbedaan yang nyata antar kelompok dengan nilai p masing-masing sebesar 0,005. Skor nekrosis pada kelompok P1 secara deskriptif lebih rendah dibandingkan kelompok K+, sedangkan pada parameter infiltrasi sel radang dan degenerasi tidak menunjukkan penurunan yang konsisten. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pemberian ekstrak biji anggur Prabu Bestari dosis 400 mg/kgBB belum menunjukkan efek kuratif yang signifikan secara keseluruhan terhadap kerusakan histopatologi ginjal tikus putih pasca ligasi saluran empedu
