Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh strategi pemasaran berbasis video pendek terhadap minat pembelian, dengan fokus pada mediasi Customer engagement di platform TikTok. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui survei kepada pengguna TikTok dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa video pendek secara signifikan meningkatkan minat pembelian, dan Customer engagement berperan sebagai mediator yang memperkuat hubungan tersebut. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pemasar dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang efektif di socialmedia
