Abstract

Produksi susu sapi perah merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam pembangunan subsektor peternakan karena berperan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan protein hewani masyarakat. Namun demikian, tingkat produksi susu antarpeternak masih beragam, yang mengindikasikan adanya perbedaan dalam penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pakan hijau, pakan konsentrat, dan tenaga kerja terhadap produksi susu sapi perah serta mengkaji elastisitas masing-masing faktor produksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 35 peternak sapi perah anggota Koperasi Dana Mulya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model fungsi produksi Cobb–Douglas melalui regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan pakan hijau, pakan konsentrat, dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi susu sapi perah. Secara parsial, pakan hijau berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi susu, sedangkan pakan konsentrat dan tenaga kerja menunjukkan pengaruh yang tidak signifikan. Nilai elastisitas produksi menunjukkan bahwa usaha sapi perah di lokasi penelitian berada pada kondisi elastisitas kurang dari satu, yang mengindikasikan bahwa kegiatan produksi berada pada tahap rasional (decreasing return to scale). ============================================================== The production of dairy milk is one of the important components in the development of the livestock subsector because it plays a role in fulfilling the animal protein needs of the community. However, the level of milk production among farmers still varies, which indicates differences in the use of production factors. This study aims to analyze the effect of green feed, concentrate feed, and labor on milk production of dairy cows and examine the elasticity of each production factor. The research method usedwas a survey with a sampling of 35 dairy farmers who are members of Dana Mulya Cooperative. Data analysis was conducted using the Cobb-Douglas production function model through multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously green feed, concentrate feed, and labor had a significant effect on milk production of dairy cows. Partially, green feed has a positive and significant effect on milk production, whileconcentrate feed and labor show an insignificant effect.
