ABSTRAK Tyastuti, Setya Ridia Cahyaning Dewi, 2025, Implementasi Model Project Based Learning pada Mata Pelajaran IPAS sebagai Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila Siswa Kelas IV SDN Dukuh Kupang V Surabaya, Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya, Pembimbing (I) Dra. Suprihatien, M.M.,M.Pd. dan Pembimbing (II) Desi Eka Pratiwi, S.Pd.,M.Pd. Pendidikan dasar memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik yang tidak hanya cerdas secara kognitif, tetapi juga memiliki nilai spiritual, emosional, sosial, dan moral sesuai dengan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Namun, kenyataannya, pembelajaran di sekolah dasar masih banyak yang bersifat monoton dan kurang melibatkan keaktifan siswa, terutama dalam mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi model pembelajaran Project-Based Learning (PjBL) sebagai strategi penguatan dimensi gotong royong dan kreatif pada Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi kasus di kelas IVA SDN Dukuh Kupang V Surabaya. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model PjBL dengan media diorama berhasil meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Proyek yang dikerjakan secara berkelompok mampu menumbuhkan sikap gotong royong dan kreativitas siswa dalam memahami keberagaman budaya Indonesia. Selain itu, model ini juga menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan PjBL sebagai pendekatan pembelajaran inovatif dalam penguatan karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila di tingkat sekolah dasar. Basic education plays a crucial role in shaping students' character, not only in terms of cognitive intelligence but also through the development of spiritual, emotional, social, and moral values in accordance with the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project. However, in reality, learning in elementary schools often remains monotonous and lacks active student participation, especially in the subject of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS). This study aims to describe the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model as a strategy to strengthen the collaborative and creative dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach through a case study in class IVA at SDN Dukuh Kupang V Surabaya. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results showed that the implementation of the PjBL model using diorama media successfully increased student engagement in the learning process. Group projects fostereda sense of collaboration and creativity among students in understanding the diversity of Indonesian culture. Moreover, this model created a more enjoyable learning atmosphere and improved student motivation. This study recommends the application of PjBL as an innovative learning approach to support the character development of the Pancasila Student Profile at the elementary school level.
