Abstract

Penghindaran pajak merupakan suatu metode legal untuk meminimalisir pajak perusahaan dengan memanfaatkan celah dalam sistem perpajakan. Struktur kepemilikan memegang peranan penting dalam keputusan penghindaran pajak suatu perusahaan, karena tingkat kepemilikan dapat menimbulkan perbedaan sikap dalam pengambilan keputusan suatu perusahaan, termasuk keputusan mengenai kegiatan penghindaran pajak.
