Abstract

The high number of people with disabilities in Indonesia does bring its own problems both in social terms and in terms of law enforcement. Basically, every citizen, including persons with disabilities, has equality and opportunity in this line of life in order to improve their deeds and dignity. Persons with disabilities with all their limitations certainly need to get adequate rules in the form of providing various sectors such as education, respect, and the employment sector. The world of employment has an important meaning for people with disabilities to improve their standard of living and welfare. There needs to be access rights for people with disabilities to get a job. Jobs needed for people with disabilities that are in accordance with the type and degree in order to create decent work for people with disabilities. It is necessary to have rules that regulate concretely in order to implement the right of access for persons with disabilities to get decent work. This research is entitled Harmonization of Regulations for Persons with Disabilities in Obtaining Access Rights to Decent Work. This is motivated by regulations that regulate have not run harmoniously, so it is difficult for people with disabilities to get the right to access decent work. The purpose of this research is that it is hoped that the regulations governing persons with disabilities will be firmer and more certain. The research method uses normative legal research with a statutory approach and conceptual approach. Keywords : Access Rights, Harmonization, Persons with Disabilities, Decent Work.
