Abstract

ABSTRACT The research aims to test the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility, Managerial Equity, Board of Independent Commissioners, Audit Committee on Corporate Value. The independent variables in the study are corporate social responsibility, and Management Ownership, Board Of Independent Commissars, and Committee of Audit and the dependent variable in this research is the value of the company (Tobin's Q). The population in this research is a mining company written on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2022. The method in this research is purposive sampling with 57 samples or data analyzed. The method used is double regression analysis with SPSS applications. The results of this research show that Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant influence on the value of a company. The Board of Independent Commissioners has an influence on the value of the company.
