Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan tingginya angka pelecehan seksual di Indonesia tahun 2023. Studi ini menghasilkan data pengaruh pelecehan seksual terhadap work family enrichment (WFE) Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) dengan Polychronicity sebagai moderasi. Menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dan purposive sampling sebagai metode pengumpulan sampel. Jumlah responden sebesar 110 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan X (Pelecehan Seksual) berpengaruh secara signifikan pada Work Family Enrichment, sedangkan Y (Work Family Enrichment) tidak dipengaruhi secara signifkan oleh Polychronicity. Z (Polychronicity) tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara Pelecehan Seksual pada Work Family Enrichment. Dalam konteks ini dampat negatif terlihat pada pengaruh pelecehan seksual terhadap work family encirhment SPG rokok. Menggambarkan perlunya peningkatan dan keamanan bekerja SPG rokok oleh agensi SPG roko selaku pemangku priorotas utama dalam ekosistem pekerjaan. Kata kunci : Pelecehan Seksual, Work Family Enrichment, Polychronicit, SPG Rokok ABSTRACT This research conducted based on the high rate of sexual harassment in Indonesia in 2023. The study generated data on the impact of sexual harassment on the work family enrichment (WFE) of Sales Promotion Girls (SPG), with Polychronicity serving as a moderation variable. The research employed a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis, and utilizing purposive sampling as the sampling method. The total number of respondents was 110. The research findings indicate that X (Sexual Harassment) significantly influences Work Family Enrichment while Y (Work Family Enrichment) is not significantly affected by Polychronicity. Z (Polychronicity) is unable to moderate the relationship between Sexual Harassment and Work Family Enrichment. In this context, negative effects can be observed in the impact of sexual harassment on the work family enrichment of cigarette SPG. This underscores the need for improvement and workplace security for cigarette SPG by the cigarette SPG agency, which plays a pivotal role in the work ecosystem.
