Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to 1) To determine the effect of service quality on repurchase intention. 2) To determine the effect of price on the decision to repurchase interest. The independent variables in this study are service quality and price, while the dependent variable in this study is repurchase intention. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method. The criteria in this study were: 1) Students from the Sampit area who are currently studying at tertiary institutions in the city of Surabaya., 2) Students who have used Citilink airline services at least once on the Surabaya-Sampit flight route. The number of samples is 56 respondents. The analysis technique for testing the hypothesis uses Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that service quality had a significant effect on repurchase intention and price had a significant effect on repurchase intention.
