Abstract

ABSTRAK Tekanan darah tinggi atau Hipertensi merupakan kondisi atau suatu penyakit yang termasuk dalam kelompok PTM( penyakit tidak menular) yang memiliki prevalensi tinggi dan dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai macam faktor. Dari faktor yang dapat dirubah dan faktor yang tidak dapat dirubah seperti, Obesitas dan tingkat stress merupakan salah satu faktor risiko kejadian hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari faktor risiko obesitas dan tingkat stress terkait kejadian hipertensi.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka atau studi literatur. Pencarian jurnal menggunakan Google scholar, PubMed,ScientDirect dengan mengetikkan kata kunci judul.Berdasarkan hasil review jurnal periode 2013-2021 menyimpulkan bahwa Obesitas dan tingkat stress berpengaruh terkait dengan kejadian Hipertensi. Salah satu hasil telaah literatur sebelumnya yaitu penelitian dari Gunawan, S. P., & Adriana, M. (2020). Merupakan penelitian efektif yang sesuai dengan penelitian ini yaitu didapatkan pengaruh obesitas dan tingkat stress terkait dengan kejadian hipertensi. Kata Kunci :Hipertensi, obesitas, tingkat stress ABSTRACT High blood pressure or hypertension is a condition or a disease that is included in the PTM group (non-communicable disease) which has a high prevalence and can be caused by various factors. Of the factors that can be changed and factors that cannot be changed, such as obesity and stress levels are one of the risk factors for hypertension. This study aims to determine the effect of risk factors for obesity and stress levels related to the incidence of hypertension.The method used in this research is literature study or literature study. Search journals using Google scholar, PubMed, ScientDirect by typing in the title keyword. Based on the results of a review of journals for the period 2013-2021 concluded that obesity and stress levels have an effect on the incidence of hypertensionfrom Gunawan, SP, & Adriana, M. (2020). It is the most effective research that is in accordance with this study, namely the effect of obesity and stress levels related to the incidence of hypertension.
