Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Equity terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada MS Glow Aesthetic Clinic Surabaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang melakukan perawatan kulit di MS Glow Aesthetic Clinic Surabaya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand Equity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada MS Glow Aesthetic Clinic Surabaya. Kata kunci : Brand Equity, Loyalitas Pelanggan. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Equity on Customer Loyalty at MS Glow Aesthetic Clinic Surabaya. The population in this study are consumers who perform skin care at MS Glow Aesthetic Clinic Surabaya. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The method used in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Brand Equity had a significant effect on customer loyalty at MS Glow Aesthetic Clinic Surabaya.
