Abstract

Abstract Planning for the construction of the Banjarsari Road, Gresik Regency is an access collector road that is traversed by various types of vehicles ranging from light vehicles to heavy vehicles. The growth of traffic on this road will cause losses that can be felt by road users directly. For this reason, proper pavement planning is needed in order to accommodate passing vehicles because the previous pavement was not able to withstand the load so that road planning is needed in order to reduce traffic congestion and road damage, in the hope of increasing road capacity in the area so that the road design life becomes longer. much longer. This rigid pavement planning method uses the 2017 Highway Pavement Design Manual method. The results of the calculation of pavement thickness are 27.5 cm, the top layer of lean mix concrete is 12.5 cm thick, the lower foundation layer of class A aggregate is 15 cm thick. The dowel joints are 35 mm in diameter, 455 mm long and 305 mm apart. The longitudinal connection of the tie bars is 16 mm in diameter, 700 mm in length and 750 mm in distance from the tie bars. Longitudinal reinforcement with a diameter of 12 mm with a distance of 320 mm transverse reinforcement with a diameter of 12 mm with a distance of 320 mm. The construction of Jalan Banjarsari Gresik at STA 0+00 – 5+00 requires a cost of Rp. 62,409,140,000.00,- (Sixty Two Billion Four Hundred Nine Million One Hundred Forty Thousand Rupiah).
