Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepercayaan konsumen memediasi kewajaran harga terhadap minta beli ulang pada Mcdonalds Plaza Marina Surabaya. Yang menjadi populasi penelitian ini adalah setiap konsumen yang ingin menikmati hidangan Mcdonalds. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 120 responden sebagai sampel serta kembali 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penarikan sampel secara tidak acak, dengan prosuder Teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Regresi Berganda yang dioperasikan melalui program SPSS dan Uji Sobel dengan bantuan website. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kewajaran harga pada Mcdonalds Plaza Marina Surabaya. Variabel kewajaran harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang pada Mcdonalds Plaza Marina Surabaya. Variabel kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang pada Mcdonalds Plaza Marina Surabaya. Dan variabel kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang yang dimediasi oleh kewajaran harga. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Konsumen, Kewajaran Harga, Minat Beli Ulang. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze consumer confidence mediating the fairness of the price on asking to buy again at Mcdonlads Plaza Marina Surabaya. The population of this research is every consumer who wants to enjoy Mcdonalds dished. In this study used 10 respondents as a sample and returned 100 respondents. This study uses a non-random sampling method, with a procedure for determining the sample with certain considerations. In this study, multiple regression analysis is used which is operated through the SPSS program and the sobel test with the help of the website. The results of this study indicate that the variable customer satisfaction has a significant effect on the fairness of prices Mcdonalds Plaza Marina Surabaya. The price fairness variable has a significant effect on repurchase interest at Mcdonalds Plaza Marina Surabaya. The variable of customer satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase interest at Mcdonalds Plaza Marina Surabaya.
