Abstract

Didalam penelitian yang dilakukan pada karyawan PT. TAM Cargo cabang Surabaya ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner, observasi, serta studi kepustakaan yang berkaitan dengan penelitian tersebut. Metode analisis yang digunakan ialah regresi linear berganda dengan uji T sebagai uji hipotesis. Total sampel yang dipergunakan berjumlah 40 responden dengan*teknik pengambilan*sampel nonprobability sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan jika kinerja karyawan PT. TAM Cargo cabang Surabaya dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi*dan*disiplin*kerja. Sedangkan*variabel motivasi kerja*tidak menunjukkan pengaruh terhadap kinerja. Kata*Kunci: Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi*Kerja, Kinerja*Karyawan. ABSTRACT In research conducted on employees of PT. TAM Cargo Surabaya branch aims to determine whether compensation, work discipline, and work motivation have a significant influence on the performance of the company's employees. In this study, the data used came from the results of questionnaires, observations, and literature studies related to the research. The technical analysis used is multiple linear regression using the T hypothesis test. The number of samples used is 40 respondents with non-probability sampling technique. The results showed that the performance of the employees of PT. TAM Cargo Surabaya branch is affected by compensation and work discipline.
