Abstract

ABSTRAK Skripsi ini disusun untuk melakukan pengujian serta analisa dampak dari profitabilitas, kebijakan utang, kebijakan dividen, dan ukuran perusahaan pada nilai perusahaan manufaktur yang termasuk dlam daftar di BEI. Untuk mengukur karakteristik dan kebijakan perusahaan, rasio yang dipakai ialah yakni return on equity, debt to equity rasio, dividend payout ratio dan log natural total aset. Penelitian ini memakai analisis data regresi linier berganda dengan variabel bebas yaitu profitabilitas, kebijakan utang, kebijakan dividen, dan ukuran perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode sampling bertarget dalam pemilihan sampel, dan karena pada tahun 2020 terdapat 54 perusahaan maka terdapat 54 laporan keuangan yang memenuhi kriteria sampling. Berdasar pada hasil analisa dan pengujian hipotesis diketahui bahwasanya variabel profitabilitas dan kebijakan dividen memberi dampak signifikan pada nilai perusahaan, sedangkan variabel kebijakan hutang dan ukuran perusahaan tak memiliki dampak signifikan pada nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: profitabilitas, kebijakan hutang, kebijakan dividen, ukuran perusahaan dan nilai perusahaan ABSTRACT This study aims to examine and analyze the impact of profitability, debt policy, dividend policy and firm size on the value of manufacturing companies traded on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. To measure the characteristics and policies of the company, the ratios used are return on equity, debt to equity ratio, dividend payout ratio and the natural log of total assets. This study uses multiple linear regression data analysis with independent variables, namely profitability, debt policy, dividend policy, and firm size. The sample selection in this study used a targeted sampling method and in 2020 there were 54 companies, so there were 54 financial statements that met the sample criteria. Based on the results of analysis and hypothesis testing, it is known that the variables of profitability and dividend policy have a significant effect on firm value, while debt policy variables and firm size have no effect on firm value.
