Abstract
ABSTRACT Manufacturing is an industry to manage or operate labor, equipment, and machinery to process raw materials to produce finished materials that produce selling value. PT. Tri Ratna Diesel is an Indonesian-owned company that produces ships, diesel motors, and engine spare parts. There are 3 units in PT. Tri Ratna Diesel is the Assembly Manufacturing Unit, Spare Part Manufacturing Unit, and Shipyard Manufacturing Unit. This study reviewed the effect of service quality on spare parts purchase decisions at PT. Tri Ratna Diesel Gresik. The study used a quantitative approach, which took 60 respondents with purposive sampling techniques as the determinant. The type of data used is primary and secondary source. The questionnaire was distributed using the Likert scale measuring tool, and analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis techniques and the SPSS Version 20 program. Data collection procedures use obesrvation, interviews, library studies and questionnaires. Conclusions in this study showed reliability factors had no significant effect on purchasing decisions, tangible significantly had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, responsiveness significantly had no effect on purchasing decisions, and empathy significantly had no effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Realibity, Tangible, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphathy, Buying Decision ABSTRAK Manufaktur merupakan suatu bidang industri untuk mengelola atau mengoperasikan tenaga kerja, peralatan, dan mesin guna sebagai mengolah bahan baku menghasilkan bahan jadi yang menghasilkan nilai jual. PT. Tri Ratna Diesel yakni perusahaan yang dimiliki Indonesia yang memproduksi kapal, motor diesel, dan spare part permesinan. Terdapat 3 Unit pada PT. Tri Ratna Diesel yakni Unit Manufaktur Assembly, Unit Manufaktur Spare part, dan Unit Manufaktur Shipyard. Penelitian ini meninjau tentang pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian spare part di PT. Tri Ratna Diesel Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang mengambil jumlah responden sebanyak 60 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling sebagai penentunya. Jenis data yang digunakan merupakan sumber primer dan sekunder. Kuesioner yang disebarkan menggunakan alat ukur skala Likert, dan dianalisa dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dan program SPSS Versi 20. Prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan kuesioner. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan faktor reliability tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada keputusan pembelian, tangible secara signifikan berpengaruh pada keputusan pembelian, responsiveness secara signifikan berpengaruh pada keputusan pembelian, assurance tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan pada keputusan pembelian, dan empathy secara signifikan berpengaruh pada keputusan pembelian.
