ABSTRAK Identifikasi Risiko Pelaksanaan Pembangunan Gedung Bertingkat Milik Pemerintah Kota Surabaya Oleh : Moh Nurudin NPM : 16110041 At this time project risk management is one of the most important project management in managing every construction project. Each contractor is required to prepare risk documents when making a government project bid. The purpose of this research is to identify, analyze and respond to or mitigate risks in government projects. This research was conducted in the city government of Surabaya. The research respondents were 37 people, consisting of the Head of Service, Deputy Head of Service, Section Chief and Section Chief and Field Superintendent who had been involved in the implementation of high-rise building construction in the city government of Surabaya. Risk identification is arranged based on previous theories and research. There are 5 variables, which consist of: Human resources (8 indicators), material (7 indicators), equipment (5 indicators), environment (4 indicators) and implementation (7 indicators). Data collection is done by questionnaire (Likert Scale 1-5). Data analysis using index severity method and SPSS software assistance. The results of the study concluded that there are 7 risks that are categorized as high risk, namely: (A1) The required labor is insufficient, (A6) Work Disputes, (B2) Increase in material prices, (B3) Excess material becomes waste, (C3) Lack of equipment causes low productivity, resulting in delays in completion of work, (E1) Delay in schedules due to weather influences, (E3) Lack of coordination between construction.
