Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan tepung kulit nanas (Ananas comosus ( L.) merr) yang difermentasikan dengan probiotik EM4 dalam pakan terhadap kadar SGPT dan SGOT pada ayam kampung jantan. Hewan coba yang digunakan adalah ayam kampung super jantan yang berumur 14 hari.. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan. Keempat perlakuan tersebut adalah P0 100 % pakan komersial, P1 10 % tepung kulit nanas fermentasi, P2 20 % tepung kulit nanas fermentasi, P3 30% tepung kulit nanas fermentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan Uji ANOVA. Pemberian tepung kulit nanas fermentasi menghasilkan rata-rata nilai SGPT masing-masing P0 = 7.8333 ± 3.37145, P1 = 10.0000 ± 4.42719, P2 = 10.3333 ± 3.72380, P3 = 10.5000 ± 4.32435, setelah dilakukan analisis statistika tidak berbeda nyata (P>0,05), sedangkan rata - rata nilai SGOT masing - masing P0 = 205.6667 ± 48.85352, P1 = 211.0000 ± 44.61390 , P2 = 213.3333 ± 23.88863, P3 = 224.8333 ± 23.81106, setelah dilakukan analisis statistika tidak berbeda nyata (P>0,05). Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penambahan tepung kulit nanas (Ananas comosus (L.) Merr) dengan probiotik EM4 dalam pakan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kadar SGPT dan SGOT darah pada ayam kampung super jantan. Kata Kunci : Ayam Kampung Super Jantan, SGPT dan SGOT, Tepung Kulit Nanas. ABSTRACT This study discusses the pineapple skin flour (Ananas comosus (L.) merr) fermented with EM4 probiotics in feed on SGPT and SGOT levels in male native chicken. The experimental animal used was a super-native chicken that was handed over 14 days. The design used was a completely randomized design with 4 preparations and 6 replications. The four referred to are P0 100% commercial feed, P1 10% fermented pineapple skin flour, P2 20% fermented pineapple skin flour, P3 30% pineapple skin fermentas flour. The data obtained were analyzed using the ANOVA Test. The application of fermented pineapple skin flour produced an average SGPT value of each P0 = 7.8333 ± 3.37145, P1 = 10.0000 ± 4.42719, P2 = 10.3333 ± 3.72380, P3 = 10.5000 ± 4,32435, statistical analysis 05) can be done, while the average SGOT value of each P0 = 205.6667 ± 48.85352, P1 = 211.0000 ± 44.61390, P2 = 213.3333 ± 23.88863, P3 = 224.8333 ± 23.81106, thus statistical analysis can be performed. different (P> 0.05).
