Abstract

This study aims to evaluate or assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the function of human resources and to implement operational audits at PT. UII. The scope of this research is employee recruitment, employee performance appraisal and termination of employment. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with case study approach, that is by comparing the standard operating procedure with the actual conditions that exist in the company. The data of this study were obtained from questionnaires, observations and interviews with related parties. The results of this study indicate that the standard operating procedure implementation of employee performance appraisal has not been fully met. The advice or recommendation that the researcher gives to fix the problem, that is, human resource management should remind the Director in giving decision about employee performance appraisal Keywords: Operational Audit, Evaluation of Efficiency and Effectiveness, Human Resource Function.
