Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh penambahan tepung kulit nanas (Ananas comosus ( L.) merr) yang difermentasikan dengan Probiotik EM-4 sebagai pakan tambahan pada pakan komersial terhadap konsumsi pakan, pertambahan berat badan dan konversi pakan ayam kampung super jantan. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan. Keempat perlakuan tersebut adalah P0 100 % pakan komersial, P1 10 % tepung kulit nanas fermentasi, P2 20 % tepung kulit nanas fermentasi, P3 30% tepung kulit nanas fermentas. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan Uji ANOVA. Pemberian tepung kulit nanas fermentasi menghasilkan rata-rata pertambahan berat badan masing-masing P0 = 285.8333 ± 39.48882, P1 = 318.3333 ± 25.27186, P2 = 326.8333 ± 31.65070, P3 = 349.8333 ± 31.32677, yang secara statistika menghasilkan perbedaan yang nyata (P<0,05), rata - rata konsumsi pakan ayam kampung super masing - masing P0 = 1233.6867 ± 175.85269, P1 = 1337.6583 ± 107.96712, P2 = 1351.0483 ± 126.18840, P3 = 1412.9550 ± 129.23097, yang secara statistika tidak ada perbedaan yang nyata (P>0,05), sedangkan rata-rata konversi pakan ayam kampung super masing-masing P0 = 4.2500 ± 0.01789, P1 = 4.2017 ± 0.01169, P2 = 4.1350 ± 0.02881, P3 = 4.0383 ± 0.02317, yang secara statistika menunjukkan perbedaan yang sangat nyata (P<0,01). Kesimpulan penambahan tepung kulit nanas fermentasi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap konsumsi pakan, tetapi berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertambahan berat badan dan sangat berbeda nyata terhadap konversi pakan ayam kampung super jantan. ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of adding pineapple peel flour (Ananas comosus (L.) merr) fermented with Probiotic EM-4 as supplementary feed on commercial feed on feed consumption, weight gain and feed conversion of super male chicken. Random Complete with 4 treatments and 6 replications, the four treatments were P0 100% commercial feed, P1 10% fermented pineapple peel flour, P2 20% fermented pineapple peel flour, P3 30% fermented pineapple peel flour.The data obtained were analyzed using Test ANOVA The giving of fermented pineapple peel flour yields the average weight gain of each P0 = 285.8333 ± 39.48882, P1 = 318.3333 ± 25.27186, P2 = 326.8333 ± 31.65070, P3 = 349.8333 ± 31.32677, which statistically produces significant differences (P<0.05), the average feed consumption of super chicken is P0 = 1233.6867 ± 175.85269, P1 = 1337.6583 ± 107.96712, P2 = 1351.0483 ± 12 6.18840, P3 = 1412.9550 ± 129.23097, which statistically has no significant difference (P>0.05), while the average feed conversion of super chicken is P0 = 4.2500 ± 0.01789, P1 = 4.2017 ± 0.01169, P2 = 4.1350 ± 0.02881, P3 = 4.0383 ± 0.02317, which statistically shows a very significant difference (P<0.01). The conclusion was that the addition of fermented pineapple peel flour did not significantly affect feed consumption, but significantly affected weight gain and was significantly different from the feed conversion of super male native chickens.
