Abstract
ABSTRACT One type of medical support services in hospitals is radiology services carried out by a radiology installation unit. Services in the field of radiology also need to maintain and improve the quality of their services. Hospital radiology service standards in Indonesia are regulated in Permenkes Number 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008, which regulates the quality of radiology services regarding patient satisfaction, namely the hospital quality team within 1 month of collecting data from the total surveyed patients. It is said that the hospital has provided good service if it is obtained > 80% of patients say they are satisfied. Quality and Service is a means of achieving patient satisfaction. The general goal is to produce satisfied and consistent patients who continue to interact. Because with good service quality, it is an obligation if you want to achieve the patient's desire to be satisfied, otherwise the patient becomes reluctant to the service provider. Radiology installation is one of the important health care supporting facilities for health checks in a hospital, even its existence can be a superior product of the hospital according to the equipment technology it uses.
