Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product reviews, convenience, and price on purchasing decisions at the Shopee marketplace during the Covid-19 pandemi. The independent variables in this study are product reviews, convenience, and price. While the dependent variable is a purchase decision. In this study, using purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample with special consideration so that it is feasible to be sampled and obtained a research sample of 40 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS Statistic 22.0. The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis is rejected, and the second hypothesis and third hypothesis are accepted. Product reviews have no effect and are not significant towards purchasing decisions, this is because students during the Covid-19 pandemi did not pay attention to or compare product reviews before making a purchase. Meanwhile, convenience and price have an effect on purchasing decisions and price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
