Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan, harga dan atmosphere klinik terhadap kepuasan pasien pada klinik Physiomovecare Surabaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien klinik Physiomovecare Surabaya pada bulan Agustus hingga Desember 2020. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 115 pasien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik non-probability sampling dengan prosedur simple random sampling . metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien pada klinik Physiomovecare Surabaya. Tetapi ada satu variabel yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien, yaitu Atmospher klinik. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Layanan, Harga, Atmosphere Klinik, Kepuasan Pasien ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the effect of service quality, price and clinical atmosphere on patient satisfaction at the Physiomovecare clinic in Surabaya. The population in this study were all patients of the Physiomovecare Surabaya clinic from August to December 2020. The sample in this study was 115 patients. The method used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique with a simple random sampling procedure. the data collection method in this research is a questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that service quality and price had a significant effect on patient satisfaction at the Physiomovecare clinic in Surabaya.
