Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze the influence of institutional ownership, company growth, and profitability to a company debt policy. The sample is taken through purposive sampling method, in which 17 companies that have complete data and respectively publish their financial report also their stock ownership information are participated. Thus, the total number of the sample for this research is 51 non-financial companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The data gotten then analyzed using doubled linier regression assisted by SPSS Statistic 17.0 Software. The result of this research shows that institutional ownership, company growth, and profitability variables influence to company debt policy. However, the partial test result shows only institutional ownership and company growth that have significant influence to company debt policy, while company growth has no any influence to.
