Abstract

ABSTRAK Jalan Tambak Osowilangon merupakan salah satu jalan yang ramai di surabaya. Dimana terdapat persimpangan yang menghubungkan antara jalan Osowilangon ke jalan greges , kalianak dan juga margomulyo. Persimpangan osowilangon terdapat banyak pergudangan dan kendaraan yang melintas. Oleh karena itu, sering terjadi kemacetan lalu lintas di jalan ini, terutama pada jam jam puncak. Dari analisa data diperoleh hasil tingkat pelayanan jalan : Jl. Margomulyo dengan Derajat Kejenuhan (DS) = 0,97 (LOS) = D. Jalan Tambak Osowilangon Derajat Kejenuhan (DS) = 0,93 (LOS) = D. Jalan greges dengan Derajat Kejenuhan (DS) = 0,48 (LOS) = C. Kondisi ini menjelaskan bahwa simpang telah lewat Jenuh, sehingga perlu dilakukan perubahan geometrik berupa penambahan lebar pendekat dan perubahan fase sinyal pada simpang bersinyal ini. ABSTRACT Tambak Osowilangon is one of the busiest streets in Surabaya. Where there is an intersection between Osowilangon road to street greges, and also margomulyo. There are many warehouses and vehicles that pass. Therefore, there are frequent traffic congestion on this road, especially during peak hour hours. From the data analysis obtained the result of service level of road: Margomulyo with Degree of Saturation (DS) = 0.97 (LOS) = D. Osowilangon Degree of Saturation (DS) = 0.93 (LOS) = D. Greges Road with Degree of Saturation (DS) = 0.48 (LOS) = C. This condition explains that the intersection has passed Saturation, so it is necessary to make geometric changes in the form of addition of approach width and phase change of signal at this signal intersection
