Abstract

he purpose of this study was to reverse the method of removing the methanol extract of roots, stems and leaves kembang pukul empat sore (Mirabilis jalapa) against the death of lice Damalinea caprae. The samples used in this study were 240 lice Damalinea caprae isolated from goat farms owned by Maju Jaya, Tlogoagung village, Kembangbahu sub-district, Lamongan, and each 1 kg of roots, stems and leaves of kembang pukul empat sore (Mirabilis jalapa). 240 head lice Damalinea caprae Group P0: consisting of 60 goat fats Damalinea caprae which was sprayed using Deltamethrin dose 0.3%. Group P1: consisted of 60 goats of Damalinea caprae which were given aerosol preparations of methanol extract of leaves of the kembang Pukul Empat flower plant (Mirabilis jalapa.) at a dose of 60%. P2 group: consisted of 60 goat goats Damalinea caprae which were given aerosol preparations of methanol extract of kembang pukul empat stem, roots (Mirabilis jalapa.) at a dose of 60%. P3 group: consisted of 60 goats of Damalinea caprae which were given aerosol preparations of methanol extract of the kembang Pukul Empat (Mirabilis jalapa L.) leaves, stem, root at a dose of 60%. Results: The results showed that each group showed no significant difference (P, 0.05).
