Abstract
ABSTRAKSI Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin, kompensasi finansial, dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi di PT Global Abadi Jaya Surabaya. Hipotesis pertama dalam penelitian ini adalah Disiplin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT. Global Abadi Jaya Surabaya dapat didukung kebenaranya, hipotesis kedua dalam penelitian ini adalah Kompensasi finansial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT. Global Abadi Jaya Surabaya dapat didukung kebenaranya, hipotesis ketiga dalam penelitian ini adalah Lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT. Global Abadi Jaya Surabaya dapat didukung kebenaranya Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah disiplin (X1) kompensasi finansial (X2) lingkungan kerja fisik (X3). Sedangkan variabel terikat adalah kinerja karyawan (Y). Dalam penelitian ini, penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode Purposive sampling, dengan kriteria : karyawan produksi dengan masa kerja minimal 1 tahun. .Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 84 orang. Teknik analisis untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, sebelum uji hipotesis dilakukan uji validitas dan relibilitas. Hasil uji validitas dan realibilitas menunjukan hasil yang valid dan reliable. Hasil uji hipotesis dengan melakukan analisa regresi linier berganda, diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda sebagai berikut :Y = 0.649 + 0.184 X1 + 0.198 X2 + 0.187 X3 +e . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada bagian produksi di PT. Global Abadi Jaya Surabaya. Dengan demikian hipotesis 1, 2 dan 3 dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima. Kata kunci : disiplin, kompensasi finansial, lingkungan kerja fisik dan kinerja karyawan ABSTRACTION The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline, financial compensation, and physical work environment on the performance of production department employees at PT Global Abadi Jaya Surabaya. The first hypothesis in this study is that Discipline has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Global Abadi Jaya Surabaya can be supported truthfully, the second hypothesis in this study is that financial compensation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Global Abadi Jaya Surabaya can be supported truthfully, the third hypothesis in this study is that the physical work environment has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Global Abadi Jaya Surabaya can be supported for truth The independent variable in this study is discipline (X1) financial compensation (X2) physical work environment (X3). While the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). In this study, the determination of the sample is done by purposive sampling method, with the criteria: production employees with a minimum service period of 1 year. The number of samples used was 84 people. The analysis technique for testing hypotheses uses multiple linear regression, before testing the hypothesis the validity and reliability are tested. The results of the validity and reliability test showed valid and reliable results. The results of hypothesis testing by analyzing multiple linear regression, obtained by the multiple linear regression equation as follows: Y = 0.649 + 0.184 X1 + 0.198 X2 + 0.187 X3 + e. Based on the results of this study indicate that the variables of discipline, compensation, and physical work environment significantly influence employee performance in the production department at PT. Global Abadi Jaya Surabaya. Thus hypotheses 1, 2 and 3 in this study can be accepted. Keywords: discipline, financial compensation, physical work environment and employee performance
