Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh good corporate governance intellectual capital dan corporate growth terhadap nilai perusahaan. Mekanisme good corporate governance dalam penelitian ini diproksikan menggunakan kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan institusional, intellectual capital diproksikan dengan VAICTM, corporate growth diproksikan dengan asset growth, sedangkan nilai perusahaan diproksikan dengan PBV (Price to Book Value). Populas idalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur go public pada sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursan Efek Indonesia pada periode tahun 2015 hingga tahun 2017 sebanyak 30 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresie linear berganda untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian yang diajukan. Penelitian ini kemudian menemukan bahwa good corporate governance, intellectual capital dan corporate growth berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap nilai perusahaan, sehingga ketiga hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Kata kunci : Good Corporate Governance, Intellectual Capital, Corporate Growth, Nilai Perusahaan ABSTRACT This study is conducted to determine the effect of good corporate governance, intellectual capital and corporate growth on firm value. The mechanism of good corporate governance in this research is proxied using managerial ownership and institutional ownership, intellectual capital proxied bye VAICTM, corporate growth proxied by asset growth, while firm value is proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV). The population in this study is 30 companies which publicly traded manufacturing company in the consumer goods industry sector which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2015 to the year of 2017. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to test the proposed research hypotheses. This study later found that good corporate governance, intellectual capital and corporate growth have a significant partial effect on firm value, so that all three hypotheses proposed are accepted.
