Abstract
The purpose of this study to determine (1) the influence of work motivation on the performance of PT Istana Tiara employees, (2) the effect of compensation on the performance of PT Istana Tiara employees, (3) the influence of communication on the performance of PT Istana Tiara employees. This research is an associative research using quantitative approach. The subject of this research is PT Istana Tiara employees as many as 78 employees. Data were collected using questionnaires and interviews while data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of research on the significant level that shows that: The First Hypothesis that states "Work Motivation has a significant influence on Employee Performance" can be proven true. The Second Hypothesis which states "Communication has a significant influence on Employee Performance" can be proved true. The Third Hypothesis which states "Compensation has a significant effect on Employee Performance" can be proved true. Hypothesis test results through the F test states that the value of F arithmetic greater than F table with a level of significance smaller than the level of significance that has been determined. Thus the fourth hypothesis which states "Work Motivation, Communication, and Compensation has a significant influence on Employee Performance" can be proven true
