Abstract

ELOK ANGGRAINI 15430020 Pengukuran kinerja dengan menggunakan balance scorecard adalah hal yang cukup komprehensif dalam mempertimbangkan kinerja keuangan. Pengukuran kinerja balance scorecard juga mempertimbangkan kinerja yang non keuangan, seperti pelanggan, pertumbuhan didalam perusahaan. Dalam permasalahan PT. Jaya Arta Prima hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode balance scorecard menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan sangat bagus. Kecacatan dalam pelanggan menunjukkan nilai kepuasan yang baik dan membangun nilai baik terhadap pelanggan, Pelanggan juga memiliki hubungan kepuasan terhadap pelanggan. Sedangkan didalam kinerja bisnis internal bahwa perusahaan menunjukkan inovasi terhadap produk yang akan semakin berkembang dan menjadi baik untuk meningkatkan produk yang semakin membaik. Dalam kepuasan karyawan juga menunjukkan hasil yang baik untuk kenyamanan karyawan didalam perusahaan, sehingga dapat memotivasi perusahaan agar menjadi berkembang secara baik lagi. Oleh karena itu Kinerja di dalam PT Jaya Arta Prima keseluruhan dianggap baik. Kata Kunci: Balance Scorecard, Pengukuran Kinerja Perusahaan ABSTRACT Analysis of Company Performance by Using the Balance Scorecard Approach (Case Study of PT. Jaya Arta Prima) ELOK ANGGRAINI 15430020 Measuring performance using balance scorecard is quite comprehensive in considering financial performance. Measurement of balance scorecard performance also considers non-financial performance, such as customers, growth within the company. In the matter of PT. Jaya Arta Prima results of research using the balance scorecard method show that financial performance is very good. Disability in customers shows a good value of satisfaction and builds good value towards customers, Customers also have a relationship of satisfaction with customers. Whereas in the internal business performance, the company shows innovation towards products that will grow and become good for improving products that are getting better. In employee satisfaction also shows good results for the convenience of employees in the company, so that it can motivate the company to be well developed again.
