Abstract
ABSTRACTION This study aims to analyze the effect of modern luxury service, product quality, and brand image on purchasing decisions on accessories products at brand coaches at Mall Ciputra Surabaya. The population in this study were all visitors who had come to the coach shop at Mall Ciputra Surabaya. The sample used in this study was visitors who were met by researchers who numbered 100 people. In this study the sample was determined by a non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling procedures, which meant sampling was based on the fact that they happened to appear. In this case the visitors were Coach at Ciputra World, Surabaya. Data was collected by using the questionnaire method that is by giving a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis which is operated through the SPSS program. The results showed that the Modern Luxury Service variable (X1) Product Quality (X2) and Brand Image had a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y).
