Abstract
Abstract This study aims to analyze whether procedural fairness, compensation, job satisfaction affect the performance of Pizza Hut Delivery employees in Surabaya. The hypothesis in this study suspects that procedural fairness and job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method, namely 75 PHD employees in Surabaya. Hypothesis testing in this study is done by multiple linear methods. The data used by researchers in the form of questionnaires, using the help of the SPSS program.Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the influence of procedural fairness and job satisfaction on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously has a positive and significant effect, while Compensation has no significant effect on Employee Performance.
